The staff were very attentive and friendly. I appreciated the excellent service I received. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. I also found the restaurant to be very good.
The lighting was not great. I could not organize my luggage easily due to this issue. The bathroom was not as luxurious as expected. The white floor grout in the bathroom was not white anymore.

Acceptable stay, issues needing resolution

parking violation ticketdelayed text
The valet service proved problematic. I received a parking violation ticket after the hotel parked my car. The ticket was for $200, and it occurred while the car was in the hotel's possession. It's been a MONTH. The issue remains unresolved. Check-in also had problems. I arrived before check-in time and was told I would receive a text when my room was ready. I never got that text.

the hotel's location was convenient to the harbor area. i found the room to be quiet. breakfast included various options, and the coffee tasted fresh.
the destination fee seemed unusual, as it was only redeemable at the hotel's restaurant. the room's temperature was difficult to regulate. a lack of readily available information from the concierge proved unhelpful during my planning.
